Space Heroes Extra - Closed

Hey Heroes,

Space Heroes Extra, a popular Space Heroes Universe blog shut down a couple of days ago. I know that for some of you this doesn't seem like big news, why is there even a post on this? But throughout my SHU blogging career I have always respected the blog. It was once the most popular Space Heroes blog out, and I remember one day when the owner (Adrian) logged on to SHU. It was my first time seeing Adrian and there were packs of heroes just surrounding him... You could say he really was the first famous hero. So you can see how sad it is that a once extremely popular SHU blog has come to a close. I wish Adrian and Batman the best for whatever they choose to do now.

This wasn't just another SHU blog, this blog really changed how people viewed SHU, and motivated a lot of people to start blogging. What did you think about Space Heroes Extra?

6 Month Space Heroes Giveaway! + New Blog!

I'm excited to announce a New Blog! Lillia and I have been working on a separate Jetpack Jinx blog, which contains all the cheats / News / updates on Jetpack Jinx!

We decided to do this as the growing demand and popularity of Jetpack Jinx Cheats is growing, and as not all of the Space Heroes community plays the game I think it's best we just create a new site altogether...

To launch this wonderful new blog, what better way to do it but by a Giveaway!

We're giving away a 6 Month Space Heroes Membership which you can enter by just commenting your space heroes Username on the post!

So what are you waiting for... Get commenting and enjoy our new Jetpack Jinx blog!

NOTE: DO NOT COMMENT YOUR USERNAMES ON THIS POST, ONLY THE NAMES ON THE JETPACK JINX CHEATS BLOG WILL BE COUNTED

Space Heroes Interview: Nixi!

I'm back with another interview! This time, it is with the Space Heroes Staff member, Nixi!

1. Who are you, and how long have you been working for Space Heroes?

Hi! My name is Ashleigh, but you probably know me better as Nixi. I’ve been working here at Space Heroes for about a year.

2. What do you do at Space Heroes Universe?

I’m here to make sure all the heroes are having a good time and exploring as much of the universe as possible. I also make sure that Space Heroes is super safe for everybody.

3. What made you want to become a Moderator for Space Heroes Universe?

I have studied video game design at university and have always been really interested in gaming in general. Working in video games is pretty great!

4. What is your favourite thing about your job?

The best part of my job is hanging out in game with all the heroes! I also like playing HEAPS of the mini games, especially Spring Bot!

5. If you could change one thing about the game, what would it be and why?

I wish that there were a few more multiplayer games available, but maybe soon we will see a few more…

6. Do you have any idols?

I have quite a few, but Professor Brian Cox has to be my biggest idol. He is a particle physicist and has written a few books about space.

7. Do you have a favourite Space Heroes blog?

I can’t pick a favourite. They’re all so different and great in their own way!

8. What are your favourite aspects of Space Heroes?

I love the Space Heroes community and how friendly and fun everyone is. I also love all the cool mini games and versing a few of my friends in the multiplayer (especially Ari).

9. What do you think the future of Space Heroes will look like?

I think Space Heroes is going to get bigger and better, with lots of new and exciting things for the players.

10. What would you recommend for people to do, to get into the job position you are in?

To work as a moderator, you will need to be excited to work with all different kinds of people and have quite a bit of experience working with kids. A love of video games is also a big plus!

11. What else would you be if you weren't a moderator?

If I wasn’t a moderator, I would like to work in a museum. I love history almost as much as I love videogames!

If you liked this interview, you should check out my previous interview with Ari!

Screenbone's ideas: Single player mode

Hey guys! Whatcha doin?

If your like me, some of your computers cant handle LSH.

I know the issue for this: it's because of the players!

I know the majority of you can play, but there are a few like me that cant or barely can!

I think LSH should make a single player mode!

I would be able to post more on my blog, (littlespaceheroeslsh.wordpress.com), and I would be able to play more!

Yes, the game is more fun with more people, but it's no fun when it lags!

What do you think of my idea? Comment below!

-Keep exploring

Villains of the Week! August 25th

With so many wonderful heroes out there, it’s hard to pick just three for our Heroes of the Week, where we celebrate amazing heroes who go above and beyond the Space Hero code. They’re friendly, helpful, and most of all, heaps of fun to hang out with! They’re always there for other heroes, helping out new players and exploring the galaxy with their buddies.

This week we’ve put a villainous twist to find the coolest villains in the galaxy!

First up is No, an awesome hero who is already ready to help new players make their first steps towards the Space Heroes Academy for flight training. When she’s not helping new heroes, she’s hanging out at Evil Headquarters in Bubble Blaster Park, looking for new traps!

Atom is an awesome hero who’s a protector of all new heroes! Helping out new heroes as they make their way across Bubble Blaster Park, he’s a friend to all!

GGStar is one of the friendliest aliens you’ll ever meet! Always up for an adventure, she’s happy to explore the galaxy with fellow heroes and villains!

Are you an awesome Space Hero? Do you try your best to follow the Space Hero Code, help other heroes and have an awesome time exploring the galaxy? You might find yourself as Space Hero of the week next week!

Congratulations Atom, No and GGStar! Nice work! Keep it up!

I wouldn't want to go head to head with any of you in a blast off!

Danny makes amazing youtube videos for Little Space Heroes and his excitement for the game is totally infectious! It’s hard to be around a hero like Danny without smiling and having a blast! Thanks Danny for making the game so much fun for other heroes!

Jackson is one of our friendlist heroes! Always ready to help out new heroes and go on daring missions, he’s a fantastic hero to have in case Lord Shadowbot’s minions show up! Thanks for keeping the galaxy safe, Jackson!
