Meet the Team: Cool Casper!

Today I’m excited to introduce you to one of the most talented Spring Bot Smashball players this side of the milky waves, Casper!

What is your job at Little Space Heroes?

I’m another one of the awesome members of the dev team (‘brogrammers’) at Bubblegum Interactive. I work on a variety of different things from developing new minigames for the virtual world, working on the virtual world itself and even developing mobile games!

Are you working on anything exciting now?

At the moment I’m working on building an outta this world mobile game for Android, IOs and tablets. Just wait till you see ‘em. I am also working on the virtual world with Ant, aka Chubby. Together we make an unstoppable team, making the virtual world even better place for everyone! There’s no code that we can’t crush!

What’s your favorite thing to do in Little Space Heroes?

I really enjoy socialising with all the heroes out there and I enjoy seeing the fun and creative ways that everyone plays the game. It’s really funny to watch players pretend to be cops and robbers, or at the moment, heroes and villains with the new superhero costumes.

Any tips for Spring Bot Smashball?

Like anything, you’ve got to practice, practice and more practice! For 2 weeks I pretty much played the game all day every day while I was developing it! Also, try to collect and use as many powerups as you can! A well-used powerup could mean the difference between victory and defeat!

We hear you love the outdoors, what’s the coolest thing you’ve done recently?

Living in the middle of a big city like Sydney, without a car, It’s a little hard to escape the city and experience the outdoors. Whenever the weather is nice I love to go running around nature reserves. The most recent and awesome outdoor thing I did was going hiking in Norway (Here I am ‘cliffside’!)

Do you have any advice for someone who wants to become a Flash Games Developer?

I think best way to build your skills and get noticed as a flash games developer is to just start creating and releasing your flash games. I’ve been developing flash games since I was 15, submitting my games Newgrounds, Kongregate, Armor games and other portals. It’s really easy to get your work out there and get feedback from people from all around the world.
