SHU Fansite Party - Review

The SHU Fansite 30k Hits Party was today! And now I bring to you, a video of it! Keep in mind that I only recorded for the first 15 or so minutes, because I was getting hungry... >_>

As you can probably see... The party turned out to be great! It amazes me how many people turn up, and actually support things like that!

I might do something similar in the future for Little Space Cheats...!

Review of Jetpack Jinx (Alex's iOS Game Reviews)

An iOS and Android games reviewer has made a review video pointing out what he thinks of Jetpack Jinx.  I would recommend watching this review as the video is quite smooth and nice, plus if you haven't played Jetpack Jinx before, it gives you an idea on what it is like.

Guest Post: Pacman's Review of Space Heroes

(Here is another one-off guest post. This time it is written by Pacman, an active member of the virtual world to be... Foxotic)

Space Heroes Universe may seem like any other Virtual World just by looking at it, but it's not. Like the saying goes, you can't judge a book by it's cover. When you first log in you can be either be a Boy or Girl Hero or an Alien, that last choice sounds really cool to pick. The game is really easy to get the hang of, which makes it better for younger players. There are four Galaxies (servers) you can choose to play on.

You finally enter the game, there is so much you can do in Space Heroes Universe that you can't in any other Virtual World, like take in game pictures, which I have never seen in a Virtual World ever. There is this thing called a Journal, where you can see any quests you want to do, your badges, party pins, glow (your pet), and some training for your pet. If your ever bored in Space Heroes Universe, check your journal, play mini-games, fly around in your Jetpack/Starjets, make friends, find hidden items, explore the rooms, etc.

In this Virtual World you can do so much, it's a game where you can play for hours everyday and not get bored. It's a must play Virtual World.

Guest Post: Trainman's Review of Space Heroes

(Here is a review of Space Heroes Universe, by the one and only Trainmain1405 Club Penguin blogger. This is a one-off guest post.)

Space Heroes Universe has the same goal as any other online virtual world - to create a fun online playground for kids, teenagers, and even adults who wish to monitor their child's activity. Each virtual world has its own sort of theme it builds on. For example, Club Penguin's is about the cold/arctic. On the other hand, Space Heroes is space related. With some gameplay I feel confident that the team working on the game knows what they are doing.

When first logging in to Space Heroes Universe, you will have to pick a galaxy/universe. Currently there are two to pick from, with others coming soon.

The basis of many virtual worlds is the same - you pick a character/avatar and a name to go by on the game. On Space Heroes your avatar is a Space Hero. Upon registration you can customise how yours looks so you like it and make it more personal to you.

One thing I like about  Space Heroes is the high amount of fun rooms there are. These rooms are big and more appears as you walk around. Not only that, but games are everywhere you look. Some even keep the space theme, which is cool. The games are fun and easy to figure out how to play. You earn some coins for your Space Hero which can then be used to purchase items.

Some items require you to be a member to purchase, which costs a small fee in real life. Without offering memberships for premium features the game would not be able to survive as it would not be bringing in any       revenue. There are a wide selection of different things you can do as a member.

Focusing on rooms a bit more again, many of them have surprises all over, you just need to do a little bit of searching. All of the space heroes I saw in the rooms were very enthusiastic and having lots of fun working together.

I made a few friends on Space Heroes in the short period of time I tried it out. It was fun. The game is easy to figure out and play, a plus for young ones. Space is definitely a great theme for the game, as it fits well. I look forward to playing Space Heroes Universe some more in the future.
